Components of a granule packing machine

1. Film Pulling System

An unwinding roller and tensioner are part of this system. Laminated PE, PET, and aluminum foil are some of the films whose roll stock is placed on the unwinding roller. Unwinding and pulling film into the system is its objective. 

2. Printer (Optional)

This is to print the details of the film.

3. Pouch Former

Post printing, the film edges are overlapped to shape a pouch. Sealing jaws seals both the vertical and bottom of the bag.

4. Filling & Sealing Machine

This is where an auger or volumetric filler is attached to a bagging machine. With their perfect electronic sync, packaging automates where the product is filled in pouches and immediately bagged.

5. Pouch Cut

Pouches are then cut and dropped on the conveyor belt heading towards the next step.

6. Control Cabinet

The control cabinet is on the side of the vertical form fill seal machine with all electrical parts. It contains PLC, contactor, servo motors, pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valves, PLC expand mode, and low-pressure electrical parts. This facilitates operations and control of the machine.
